The Opportunity
We are hiring a Junior Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO and executive team. This high-impact, high-visibility role is ideal for someone from a startup or scale-up environment with strong business knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage board-level conversations and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Strategic Prioritization
- Assist the CEO / COO with daily planning, decision support, and managing priorities.
- Prepare briefings, memos, and reports for leadership decisions.
- Attend high-priority meetings, capture key actions, and ensure follow-through.
- Organize leadership meetings and offsites, including travel arrangements.
- Cross-functional Project Management
- Drive execution of company initiatives like product launches and strategic partnerships.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain momentum and accountability.
- Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
- Draft internal communications, board materials, and investor presentations.
- Act as a communication bridge between executives and department heads.
- Ensure clarity around company strategy and priorities.
- Operational Efficiency
- Identify bottlenecks and design scalable solutions.
- Develop dashboards and monitor key metrics.
- Track KPIs and business metrics to measure performance.
- Special Projects & Research
- Own and execute special projects with limited guidance.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3–5 years in a startup or high-growth environment
- Experience with executive or board-level communication (advantageous)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Trello / Asana, Atlassian tools
