The Opportunity

We are hiring a Junior Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO and executive team. This high-impact, high-visibility role is ideal for someone from a startup or scale-up environment with strong business knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage board-level conversations and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Executive Support & Strategic Prioritization
  2. Assist the CEO / COO with daily planning, decision support, and managing priorities.
  3. Prepare briefings, memos, and reports for leadership decisions.
  4. Attend high-priority meetings, capture key actions, and ensure follow-through.
  5. Organize leadership meetings and offsites, including travel arrangements.
  1. Cross-functional Project Management
  2. Drive execution of company initiatives like product launches and strategic partnerships.
  3. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
  4. Collaborate across departments to maintain momentum and accountability.
  1. Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
  2. Draft internal communications, board materials, and investor presentations.
  3. Act as a communication bridge between executives and department heads.
  4. Ensure clarity around company strategy and priorities.
  1. Operational Efficiency
  2. Identify bottlenecks and design scalable solutions.
  3. Develop dashboards and monitor key metrics.
  4. Track KPIs and business metrics to measure performance.
  1. Special Projects & Research
  2. Own and execute special projects with limited guidance.
  3. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3–5 years in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Experience with executive or board-level communication (advantageous)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Trello / Asana, Atlassian tools
