Hatfield Christian School is an English medium Co-Educational Independent School from Grade 000-12, situated in the East of Pretoria. Our motto is “Training Leaders to Serve Nations” and, as a Christian school, we place a strong emphasis on the spiritual input into children’s lives.

We invite applications for the position of Early Childhood Development teacher (Gr000 – Gr00) from 1 January 2026.

Suitably qualified candidates should have:

1. strong Christian convictions, and be active in their faith
2. SACE, or a provisional SACE number
3. a love for pre-school children
4. insight into developmental milestones of pre-school children
5. confidence in ICT
6. confidence when referring for therapeutic support
7. outstanding people skills and be energetic
8. good admin and leadership skills
9. the ability to engage fully with the co-curricular programme of the school
