Minimum Requirements:

  1. Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate or equivalent.
  2. PSIRA Grade A / B registered and accredited, up to date.
  3. No Criminal Record or any pending cases.
  4. Valid driver's license with own reliable transport.
  5. Minimum 2 - 5 years' Site Supervisory or Management experience.
  6. Staff Management experience essential.
  7. Computer literacy.
  8. Must be physically fit and in good health.
  9. Must reside in the greater Johannesburg area or willing to relocate at own cost.

Key Performance Areas (not totally inclusive):

  1. Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services and clients regarding security services rendered.
  2. Daily feedback and liaison with Fidelity Security Services Management and Clients.
  3. Reporting: daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  4. Handling Incident, Accident, and Investigation reports, including obtaining statements.
  5. Ensuring timely posting of Security Officers for full site coverage on both day and night shifts, as per Client SLA agreement.
  6. Ensuring all Security Officers meet contractual requirements.
  7. Disciplining staff; attending CCMA and Labour Court if required.
  8. Evaluating service levels and recommending improvements.
  9. Assessing the client's premises to minimize risks and prevent criminal access.
  10. Auditing access registers daily and generating exception reports.
