About our client:

Founded on the principles of trust, quality and value, you will be joining a company known for their professionalism and expertise surrounding the dynamic property industry.



What you will be doing:

  • Effective marketing of all available units.
  • Manage listings on aligned property portals and general company marketing (digital and print).
  • Develop, manage, and promote social media content, campaigns, and community management.
  • Create a bi-monthly newsletter.
  • Develop and manage social influencer programs.
  • Analyse and suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy.
  • Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
  • Take photos and videos of vacant units.
  • Create and index an online photo library of all properties managed.
  • Create marketing videos, marketing brochures, and copywriting.
  • Load and list all property details and rental information.
  • Generate the vacancy schedule.
  • Coordinate shopping centre marketing, décor, events, and activation.
  • Manage the brand voice in all segments of the role.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.



What our client is looking for:

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree would be beneficial.
  • 2+ years experience in social media, including planning and managing content.
  • Experience in the Property Industry or understanding and passion for the industry would be a plus.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, etc.
  • Ability to use WordPress or similar content management systems to create and manage website content.
  • Experience working with graphic design tools like Canva.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Strong writing and speaking skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of HTML / CSS / Java would be a plus.
  • A basic understanding of Search Engine Optimisation.
