Job Description: Intermediate Phase Teaching Experience Supervisor

The IIE Varsity College, Durban North Campus, part of The Independent Institute of Education (The IIE), is seeking a part-time Intermediate Phase Teaching Experience Supervisor. The supervisor will observe student teachers studying towards a qualification at The IIE, visiting each student teacher once at their school. The observation will focus on lessons for grades 4-7, providing developmental feedback and supporting the student teacher during their school-based work integrated learning.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of a B.Ed. Honours degree or

Minimum Work Experience

• At least 5 years of school teaching experience
