Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the BESS business with utilities, industrial clients, and renewable energy developers.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, including utility companies, grid operators, and regulatory bodies.
Compliance & Grid Requirements :
Ensure BESS installations meet local and international grid compliance standards.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies and transmission operators for seamless BESS integration into the power grid.
Stay informed on changes in grid codes, transmission line requirements, and energy storage regulations.
Work closely with engineering, operations, and R&D teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Qualifications :
Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
3 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy technical support, sales, or project management, with a focus on BESS, PCS, or EMS.
Strong understanding of energy storage systems and grid compliance requirements (IEC, IEEE standards).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and grid codes for integrating energy storage systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
