Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Interpret client briefs and translate them into clear, actionable deliverables for internal teams
  • Coordinate the internal review and approval process of all creative and strategic work
  • Present proposed work to clients and guide them through the feedback and approval process
  • Oversee the successful rollout of approved campaigns within deadline and budget
  • Manage active project timelines and maintain a detailed status schedule
  • Reconcile and compile proof of execution (POE) documents for completed campaigns
  • Ensure all work meets client expectations and service-level agreements (SLAs)

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an account management or client service role, preferably in an agency environment
  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising
  • Willingness to learn internal tools such as Chase and Float (training provided)
  • Solid understanding of digital and social media marketing
  • Awareness of current marketing and advertising trends
