  1. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  2. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
  3. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  4. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  5. Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  6. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  7. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  9. Handle issues and problems that may arise.
  10. Review client specifications for adherence to capabilities and provide construction alternatives when necessary.
  11. Conduct conference calls and attend client meetings with Sales/Client.
  12. Create project scopes for complex projects.
  13. Conduct regular meetings with vendors as needed.
  14. Monitor and suggest improvements to operational workflows interfacing with vendors.
  15. Work with the project team to adhere to project controls and processes.
  16. Define and control the project scope.
  17. Review and oversee the work effort and deliverables of the project team.
  18. Manage the project budget, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting.
  19. Ensure proper submission and prompt receipt of applications for payment from the owner.
  20. Keep management informed about project progress, financial status, and owner relations.
  21. Examine drawings and specifications for design deficiencies and impractical details, resolving issues with the design team.
  22. Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project.
Administration
  1. Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
  2. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  3. Organize meetings, create agendas, and record minutes.
  4. Perform necessary administrative duties.
  5. Handle cost collation for invoicing.
  6. Stay updated on compliance regulations.
  7. Create and update project scopes for complex projects.
  8. Set timelines/schedules and present them to clients.
  9. Maintain status sheets with actual task completion dates.
  10. Provide follow-up minutes of calls/meetings as needed.
  11. Develop and maintain necessary records and files for efficient operation.
  12. Manage project issues, changes, and risks through formal processes.
  13. Ensure compliance with insurance, HSE, labor relations, and employment regulations.
  14. Forecast costs accurately and timely via cost value reconciliation.
  15. Ensure timely submission and accounting of additional project costs.
  16. Thoroughly understand Contract Documents, General Contract, and Subcontracts.
  17. Prepare and submit requisitions for subcontracts and purchase orders promptly.
