Job Overview

To provide our Company Management with accurate, complete, and value-adding financial reporting, financial analysis, and management insight relating to the financial status of campaigns administered & sold by the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Key financial analysis and metrics as required by the business
2. Financial modelling for business cases
3. Variances analysis
4. Data Analysis
5. Lapse, Churn, and Persistency Analysis
6. Preparing Budgets and assisting with year-end audits
7. Responsible for the submission and analysis of each bill run
8. Preparation of Bordereaux reconciliations to ensure all commission structures are in line with SLAs
9. Responsible for the timely resolution of all queries relating to bill run submissions
10. Responsible for completeness and accuracy of customer premium collections
11. Pay through the bank stats for Client Services and Sales
12. Ensuring our databases are in sync with our Policy Administrators
13. Responsible for preparing written financial analytic reports and presentations
14. System testing

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in Billing and working knowledge of Debicheck
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Fabric
• Experience with Financial Modelling
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry (advantageous)
