Job Description
Provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment and is individually responsible for achieving results through personal efforts.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Deliver quality service to customers, identify opportunities for new business or retention, process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer issues.
- Solutions Analysis: Analyze problems to find optimal solutions, which may be technical or professional.
- Visitor Reception: Receive visitors, assist with requests, and refer complex matters to colleagues.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Schedule follow-ups, document interactions in CRM to support customer retention and business development.
- Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives, tailor presentations, ask relevant questions to understand customer needs, and evaluate interest levels.
- Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop plans to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
- Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations; seek approval for exceptions.
- Business Development: Analyze sales and market data to identify growth opportunities in specific regions.
- Sales Opportunities Creation: Build a professional network, participate in sector events, and enhance organizational visibility and reputation.
- Data Exploration: Conduct research using primary data sources and business intelligence tools to analyze trends.
- Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to internal and external networks to leverage knowledge, technologies, and ideas.
Requirements :
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid Driver's license and own car
- FAIS Compliance
- Clear criminal and credit checks
- Minimum 3 years sales experience, preferably
- Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Presentation skills are advantageous
