Job Description

Provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment and is individually responsible for achieving results through personal efforts.

Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service: Deliver quality service to customers, identify opportunities for new business or retention, process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer issues.
  2. Solutions Analysis: Analyze problems to find optimal solutions, which may be technical or professional.
  3. Visitor Reception: Receive visitors, assist with requests, and refer complex matters to colleagues.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Schedule follow-ups, document interactions in CRM to support customer retention and business development.
  5. Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives, tailor presentations, ask relevant questions to understand customer needs, and evaluate interest levels.
  6. Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop plans to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
  7. Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations; seek approval for exceptions.
  8. Business Development: Analyze sales and market data to identify growth opportunities in specific regions.
  9. Sales Opportunities Creation: Build a professional network, participate in sector events, and enhance organizational visibility and reputation.
  10. Data Exploration: Conduct research using primary data sources and business intelligence tools to analyze trends.
  11. Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to internal and external networks to leverage knowledge, technologies, and ideas.

Requirements :

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Valid Driver's license and own car
  • FAIS Compliance
  • Clear criminal and credit checks
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience, preferably
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Presentation skills are advantageous
