Job Description

The Transactional Product graduate programme is designed to nurture and develop the next generation of innovative product leaders. The programme provides graduates with hands-on experience, exposure to real-world business challenges, and the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge products. Graduates will work closely with experienced product managers, data teams, and product designers to gain a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, from ideation and research to development, launch, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Learn how to define, test, and validate product ideas using data-driven decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance products that drive business growth.
  3. Develop and drive transaction product strategy aligned with SBG strategy.
  4. Simplify delivery and ensure market-leading product design, coordination, and prioritization around product development, management, and enhancement.
