A highly organized and disciplined Personal Assistant responsible for delivering efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical support to the Managing Director.

  • You possess strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • You pay great attention to detail.
What is the role?

You will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with clients and the crew.
  • Coordinating diaries and bookings.
  • Assessing briefs and deliverables for match.
  • Preparing jobs costing sheets and quotes.
  • Collecting and collating supplier invoices against jobs.
  • Preparing supplier and client reports for the CVO.
  • Collecting stock requirements to present to the CVO.
  • Researching and sourcing potential new clients daily.
Requirements
