Job Opportunity: Financial Planners at Sanlam JHB

Sanlam JHB is seeking motivated Financial Planners to join their team. Full support and training will be provided to successful candidates.

Note: This position is commission-based.

1. 100% Commission for experienced industry professionals.
2. 80% Commission for non-Vested advisers.
3. Vesting Bonuses and a 13th Cheque / production bonus of 6-8% of annual commission.
4. Training Allowance of R25,000, paid upfront or over two months.
5. Technology Loan of R16,000 to purchase necessary equipment.
6. Full back-office support.
7. Sanlam will fund further industry-related studies (RE, Wealth Management, CFP).
8. Cost to Company benefits include Group Life, Pension Fund, Income Protection, Spouse Benefits, Life Cover, and Funeral Plan.
9. Guidance, mentorship, and personal development with experienced mentors.
