Job Summary

To provide advice and support in practice formulation and best practice improvement tactics, enabling specialist customer insights expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data & Information Gathering and Research: Identify internal data sources and establish channels for obtaining relevant data to generate valuable customer insights.
2. Analysis and Insights: Analyze customer data, including product usage, channel interactions, geography, and customer experience, to inform strategies and planning.
3. Strategy and Model Support: Provide insights to inform strategies, models, plans, and interventions in professional and accessible formats.
4. Workshops and Facilitation: Assist senior leadership in preparing and facilitating workshops and sessions, including presenting when necessary.
5. Personal Development: Identify growth areas in customer insights skills and participate in relevant training opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required)
