Job Description

To provide support to the Human Resources department while gaining practical exposure and work experience across various HR functions including administration, recruitment, employee relations, and data management.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  2. Support the recruitment process by helping to post job adverts, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.
  3. Help maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases (e.g., leave records, personnel files).
  4. Participate in onboarding of new employees by preparing induction packs and assisting with orientation sessions.
  5. Assist with the coordination of training and development activities.
  6. Observe and assist in handling basic employee relations matters (e.g., grievances, disciplinary hearings, meetings).
  7. Support HR reporting by gathering data for internal reports and presentations.
  8. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all employee information.
  9. Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
