A rapidly scaling U.S. healthcare network—400 + men’s-health clinics and counting—seeks a marketing leader to own content-driven growth programs.
Core Objectives
- Content Engine – Publish and maintain a 30-day calendar of blog posts, social updates, and email/SMS touchpoints.
- Channel Execution – Run coordinated campaigns across email, SMS, paid social, and organic social; keep LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X on brand and on schedule.
- Automation & Data – Build HubSpot workflows, connect tools via Zapier/Make, and report weekly performance in Google Sheets.
- Creative Production – Produce lightweight graphics or short videos (Canva/Figma/CapCut) and brief external agencies when deeper creative is required.
- Sales Alignment – Document lead-handoff processes and provide regional playbooks for field teams in Latin America.
Required Profile
- 3–5 years running multi-channel campaigns inside a modern CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Hands-on skill with Zapier or Make; comfortable troubleshooting integrations.
- Portfolio that includes written content plus at least two self-produced visuals or videos.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for fast analysis.
- Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese advantageous.
First-90-Day Targets
- Launch an email + SMS nurture achieving ≥ 20 % opens and ≤ 1 % unsubscribes.
- Publish 30 consecutive days of on-time social content.
- Cut campaign-build time by 25 % through new automations and templates.
- Deliver a live dashboard covering lead volume and conversion.
