Sales Manager

Our client is currently looking to hire a vibrant individual with a passion for sales to join the team as a Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate should be driven and motivated by results while continuously improving the sales process.

Responsibilities & Duties

1. Ensure that monthly targets (personal) are achieved for new and repeat business.
2. Identify new clients through prospecting (cold calling).
3. Handle client objections and complaints effectively and informatively.
4. Revise and update national Service Level Agreements with clients.
5. Participate in the organization and successful completion of trade shows and marketing exhibitions.
6. Gather sales and marketing intelligence.
7. Manage client satisfaction through 1-2-3 call cycles.
8. Identify growth opportunities in existing markets.
9. Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the RSM.
10. Conduct local market research regarding market share.
11. Gather intelligence on competitors and their practices.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

1. Grade years relevant sales call centre experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/manager position.
2. Experience managing a team of 20+ employees.
3. Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Package & Remuneration

Salary - R35,000 per month.
