Subaru of Glenwood Springs - Service Shuttle Driver

Subaru of Glenwood Springs is seeking a Service Shuttle Driver responsible for transporting service customers to and from the dealership. This full-time position is ideal for individuals interested in working within the Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transport passengers safely and responsibly.
2. Move vehicles as needed between various dealership locations.
3. Park vehicles in designated areas.
4. Maintain the shuttle vehicle by sweeping floors, removing snow, cleaning windows, checking/refilling fluids, washing the van, and emptying trash.
5. Keep and submit a daily ridership log.
6. Drive and handle all vehicles carefully to prevent damage and protect dealership property.
7. Run dealership errands off-site as required.

Employees should be prepared to work in environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold.

Qualifications:

To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Language Skills: Ability to read and understand simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence. Ability to write simple correspondence. Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to understand and carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Deal with standardized situations with minimal variables.
