We have an amazing opportunity for a Stock Controller based in Phoenix, KwaZulu Natal. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

The successful candidate will be accountable for receiving and issuing F&B branch stock. The ideal candidate will manage back-of-house stock within the branch, ensure accurate recording of stock issued, and maintain proper stock movements and storage facilities.

What You’ll Do For The Brand

• Visit sites regularly to ensure mobile branding is visible, in good condition, and discuss sales.
• Follow internal F&B stock management processes.
• Manage stock control related to F&B, including scheduling, receiving deliveries, and maintaining stock standards.
• Record and sign off all stock issued to front of house, maintain accurate requisition registers, and reconcile daily.
• Conduct daily stock counts, record wastages/breakages, and report variances.
• Monitor stock expiry dates, rotate stock, and minimize wastages.
• Monitor stock levels, obtain approval for orders, liaise with suppliers, and keep accurate records of orders and deliveries.
• Follow GRV process for stock receipt, store stock properly, and maintain accurate records.
• Facilitate stock transfers between branches and ensure accurate stock reporting on GAAP system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Capture stock data on GAAP, complete POS voids, and address customer queries and complaints.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as required.
