The Relationship Manager is responsible for fostering a sense of single-client ownership throughout the client lifecycle. This role involves end-to-end Client Relationship Management and Client Experience Management.
The Relationship Banker markets Land Bank and Land Bank Insurance products and services to existing and new clients, aiming to grow the lending loan book according to the Client Segmentation model for both commercial and development farmers.
Upon receiving client interest, the Relationship Manager reviews past performance and assesses the potential of the deal. They advise clients on application requirements and facilitate the completion of necessary documentation. The Manager visits clients to analyze the institution or organization for new transactions, acquiring all documentation prior to deal structuring. They collaborate with the Agriculture Economics & Advisory Division (e.g., Agriculture Specialist) and Risk Management (e.g., Credit Managers and Analysts) to construct deals.
