Job description

Introduction

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Properly plan all sales activity for allocated strategic accounts.
  2. Provide customers with a point-of-contact scenario.
  3. Ensure efficient liaison meetings take place at the Dealer level.
  4. Contribute to sales CSM results and grow customer satisfaction and relationships.
  5. Achieve or exceed the agreed monthly targets (unit sales, market share, and gross profit).
  6. Vehicle selection and load body fitment / procurement.
  7. Vehicle delivery and handover, Vehicle payment, and deal file closure.
  8. Follow up with prospective customers; visit at least twice monthly.
  9. Maintain regular contact with current customers via phone and visit at least once a month.
  10. Ensure all vehicles are invoiced promptly and support the process.
  11. Ensure vehicle payments to debtors adhere to terms for timely commission payouts.
  12. Prepare and present customer quotations, including electronic mass distribution drawings (side view).
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • 3-5 Years of truck sales experience; advantageous.
  • Sufficient knowledge of trucks and industry.
  • Project management skills.
  • Own database required.
  • Proven sales record.
  • Knowledge of Road Traffic Act and Regulations.
  • Experience with HTM / Transolve.
  • Ability to understand CPK and perform calculations in various applications.
  • Knowledge of vehicle bodies' legal and client specifications.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and grow with the team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Integrity, honesty, and a clean criminal record (mandatory).
  • Hino experience is highly advantageous.
  • Code 10 or 14 driver's licenses may be advantageous.
Package & Remuneration

Highly competitive basic package plus above-average commission structure, paid from unit 1 with a progressive sliding scale.
