Qualifications & Experience Required :

1. Chartered Accountant (SA), MBA, or similar finance-related qualification
2. Minimum of 10 years of senior financial management experience
3. Mining industry knowledge – beneficial
4. In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance
5. Proven track record of managing large-scale financial operations and optimizing financial performance
6. Experience in managing a finance team and fostering collaboration across departments
