The Position

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic and operational marketing direction for the entire Rare Disease portfolio. You will shape and implement brand plans, manage launches, establish partnerships, and ensure alignment with global strategies—all while upholding the Novo Nordisk Way.


Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement a strategy-centric brand marketing plan aligned with Global marketing principles.
  • Lead launch excellence initiatives and execute impactful product strategies.
  • Drive market surveillance, competitor analysis, and insights generation to inform tactics.
  • Lead KOL engagement plans, educational initiatives, and awareness programs.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • University degree in Health Science field or Commerce(Marketing)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales & marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong budget management and financial acumen, project management
  • Fluent English with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic mindset with proven experience in launch excellence and brand planning
