Senior Procurement Manager - Food & Packaging

POSITION INFO :

Key Responsibilities :

• Developing and maintaining category procurement & supply strategies
• Driving the execution of category plans through formal category management and strategic sourcing methods
• Benchmarking categories and supplier capabilities on an ongoing basis, to ensure optimal cost and performance
• Developing and managing a high-performance team, including providing category management and strategic sourcing leadership to the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team members
• Developing existing and new suppliers’ capacities and capabilities, to ensure a top performing supply chain
• Ensuring effective internal and external stakeholder communication, involvement and buy-in, especially with franchisees

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Commerce / Industrial
• Min 8 - 10 years SCM related experience with a minimum of 3 years at a senior management level, with responsibility for direct reports
• Experience in managing direct spending, in food and packaging categories
• Experience in formal project management
