Job Title: Account Manager

A full-service through-the-line agency focused on shopper marketing is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the team.

Integer Hotspot has built a broad client base over the past 25 years in the FMCG and pharma industries.

Role Overview

As an advertising account executive, you'll work within an advertising or multi-service agency, acting as a link between the agency and its clients.

You will be responsible for coordinating advertising campaigns and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

Understanding your clients' needs is vital, which involves liaising closely with them throughout campaigns, often daily.

You will also manage administrative and campaign tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of clients
  2. Grow and sustain a client base
  3. Provide status reports and forecasts
  4. Work on Chase Software
  5. Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
  6. Collaborate with agency colleagues to devise campaigns that meet client briefs and budgets
  7. Present campaign ideas and budgets to clients
  8. Brief media, creative, and research staff, and assist with marketing strategies
  9. Maintain regular contact with clients and the agency to ensure effective communication
  10. Negotiate campaign details with clients and staff
  11. Present creative work for approval or modification
  12. Handle budgets, manage campaign costs, and invoice clients
  13. Write client reports
  14. Monitor campaign effectiveness
  15. Arrange and attend meetings
  16. Make pitches to secure new business
  17. Manage targets and prepare forecasts
  18. Prepare weekly status updates
Requirements
