Develop and communicate an action plan to support sales agents in understanding their roles, responsibilities, and how their efforts align with the broader business plan, organizational strategy, mission, and vision. Motivate and inspire them to achieve business goals.
Monitor team performance, allocate tasks, review progress, and take corrective actions to ensure timely and quality outcomes. Contribute to formal performance management and appraisal processes.
Identify individual development needs using the organization's development framework. Plan and implement development activities, including training and coaching, to enhance capabilities and enable others to improve performance and reach their potential.
Ensure sales agents maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
Identify instances of non-compliance with organizational policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and conduct standards. Report and escalate issues appropriately.
Maintain knowledge of industry regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices through continuous learning, training, and education.
Collect and analyze data using established tools and methods, working independently. Provide guidance and training on effective communication, idea expression, and policy formulation.
Offer technical guidance in developing action plans and implementing necessary measures based on recommendations.
Plan, prioritize, and oversee activities to meet business objectives efficiently. Provide technical guidance on business processes and the use of standard office software and equipment.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to support sales activities and planning.
Assist in planning and coordinating sales campaigns and initiatives to maximize returns.
Interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, and policies within your area of expertise.
Monitor, interpret, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, aligning them with strategic objectives.
