Action Plan and Support for Sales Agents

Develop and communicate an action plan to support sales agents in understanding their roles, responsibilities, and how their efforts align with the broader business plan, organizational strategy, mission, and vision. Motivate and inspire them to achieve business goals.

Performance Management

Monitor team performance, allocate tasks, review progress, and take corrective actions to ensure timely and quality outcomes. Contribute to formal performance management and appraisal processes.

Organizational Capability Building

Identify individual development needs using the organization's development framework. Plan and implement development activities, including training and coaching, to enhance capabilities and enable others to improve performance and reach their potential.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data

Ensure sales agents maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.

Operational Compliance

Identify instances of non-compliance with organizational policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and conduct standards. Report and escalate issues appropriately.

Personal Capability Building

Maintain knowledge of industry regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices through continuous learning, training, and education.
