Join us and elevate your career! The EBM Machine Operator reports to the Shift Leader.
The role involves supervising machines and equipment to ensure the final product meets quality standards, following company procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Operate machines and equipment to ensure quality and conformity of final products.
- Monitor and restore automatic control devices, recording outcomes and informing the technical department as needed.
- Assist in technical operations such as color changes, mold changes, blade and equipment cleaning, and line setup.
- Pack finished goods using appropriate materials, stack, load, and label pallets for warehouse storage.
- Supply raw materials and packaging materials to the line using manual or electric forklifts.
- Feed hoppers and loaders with raw materials or bottles for filling lines.
- Conduct product controls, including visual inspections and weight verifications, recording outcomes accordingly.
- Participate in sorting damaged or defective products.
- Engage in team activities aimed at reducing waste, and improving productivity and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- May act as deputy shift leader in the absence of the shift leader, assuming related responsibilities.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, or IM).
- Proficient in measuring instruments and techniques.
- Ability to operate manual and electric forklifts.
- Basic knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Familiarity with WCM standards.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Education and Experience
- Diploma or certificate in electrical or mechanical studies.
- Experience operating extrusion blow molding machines.
- At least 2 years of experience in the plastics and FMCG sectors.
