Job description

Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to be based at a Mine in Mpumalanga!

Responsibilities:

1. Lead procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations to meet DMRE targets and drive cost-effective supply solutions.
2. Develop and implement purchasing and tender strategies to ensure value, quality, and timely delivery across critical materials and services.
3. Oversee compliance in inventory management, stock control, and storage regulations, including legal certification for hazardous materials.
4. Enhance ERP system use, reporting, and procurement processes to support continuous improvement and business performance.
5. Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, manage risks, and guide a high-performing team to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. National Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics
3. 10 years’ experience in a mining environment
