Qualifications / Requirements:

1. Degree in Business / Operations Management / Engineering or equivalent
2. 6-8 years Operations/Plant Management experience, coupled with experience in design engineering within the automotive/component industry, is essential
3. Understand design within the automotive/component space to offer valuable advice and suggestions on the design of automotive products
4. Strong leader, with innovative thinking, cast iron integrity and exceptional problem-solving abilities
5. High level negotiating and communication skills
6. Proven track record of dealing with OEM’s and strong customer relationships
7. Comfortable with legal and regulatory processes to ensure company and employee compliance

Key Performance Areas:

1. Managing all-round operations and finding dynamic solutions
2. Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
3. Lead, motivate, and support the management team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
4. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficient operations
5. Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the management team and their departments
6. Ensure organizational processes comply with legal regulations and standards
7. Monitor managements performance, offering coaching, training, and feedback for improvement
8. Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organizational objectives
9. Implement quality assurance measures for products/services and monitor production KPI’s
10. Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction
11. Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and cost savings
