Product Analyst: Transportation

Role Purpose

The key purpose of this role is to oversee the rollout of transformation technology for transportation and warehousing. The Product Analyst will partner with customers to build the best execution application landscape across Africa, enhancing visibility of transporters, supporting the execution ecosystem, and collaborating with development teams to implement necessary enhancements and interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand ABInBev logistics transportation processes across T1 & T2 to enable efficient business processes through technology.
  2. Support existing application landscape and evaluate business processes for improvements.
  3. Manage projects, prioritize tasks, and align with business expectations.
  4. Collaborate with technical teams to improve DWI products.
  5. Design and implement solutions for logistics teams and stakeholders.
  6. Enhance current logistics workflows and troubleshoot software issues.
  7. Document requirements, testing outcomes, and training materials.
  8. Support change management, user acceptance testing, and training during rollouts.
  9. Maintain user-friendly documentation and support post-implementation operations.
Attributes and Competencies
  • Excellent communication skills for global and technical interactions.
  • Understanding of logistics, warehousing, and inventory principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in complex environments.
  • Experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies and delivery track record.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or Quantitative fields.
  • Logistics operations experience is advantageous.
  • Systems analysis experience.
  • Experience with RP Systems, SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP SD, MM, Transportation, and Logistics is advantageous.
  • SQL and OOP language experience is advantageous.
