Job description

Your National Senior Certificate (Grade 12 / Matric) NQF 4, along with excellent knowledge of English and Afrikaans (spoken, written, read, understood), and at least 3-4 years of experience in financial services, medical scheme knowledge, or a related administrative environment, are essential and will enable you to:

Duties:
Client Interaction & Administration:
  • Engage regularly with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure effective delivery of administrative requirements within a defined framework.
  • Ensure client documentation complies with FICA & FAIS legislation.
  • Handle client complaints and inquiries in consultation with the Specialist Health Care Advisor.
  • Record client interactions and update client records upon completion; maintain client records and database.
  • Provide written communication or confirmations to clients or service providers.
People & Operational Support:
  • Operate efficiently by answering all incoming calls promptly and courteously; assess caller requirements; transfer calls; take and deliver messages to relevant staff members promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
  • Manage correspondence, complaints, and queries.
  • Promote a healthy and productive work environment and monitor office safety.
