Job description

We are looking for a hands-on, technically skilled, and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a high-end hospitality environment. This is a critical role for an experienced professional who understands the unique demands of maintaining a premium property and ensuring all systems run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance of all building systems
• Conduct and manage preventative maintenance schedules across the property
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues, prioritising guest comfort and safety
• Manage and coordinate maintenance team and external service providers
• Maintain and monitor critical systems, including :

Solar energy systems

• Chillers and HVAC systems
• Filtration and water systems, including UV filters
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Keep detailed maintenance logs, reports, and compliance documentation up to date

Requirements :

• Formal qualification in Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, or a related technical field (essential)
• Minimum of 6years’ maintenance experience within the hospitality industry
• Proven experience with solar systems , BMS , chillers , and filtration / UV filter systems
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance protocols
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies and flexible with working hours
• Candidates must be local citizens
