As a Front Office Supervisor, you will:

  • Support the smooth operation of the front office department, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Proactively improve guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Achieve front office initiatives and hotel targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Supervise the front office team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and high performance.
  • Ensure control of costs and inventory, and maintain productivity and performance levels.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Own and deliver an engaging guest engagement program.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities for audits, with follow-up as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in front office operations.
  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and the hospitality industry.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to support the team effectively.
  • Personal integrity, dedication to excellence, time management, and energy.
  • Experience working with IT systems across various platforms.
