Job Description: Vehicle Stock Management Support

The role involves supporting the Dealer Network, District Sales Controllers, and management with vehicle stock management tasks such as stock allocations, swaps, order tracking, and planning.

Responsibilities include assisting in setting and implementing sales and stock targets in collaboration with the Manufacturer/OEM, developing processes and reporting frameworks related to dealer stock procurement, forecasting, and allocations, and maintaining collaboration with internal teams to understand operational procedures.

The role also requires liaising with external logistics providers to ensure efficient stock movement, distributing daily sales reports, and performing regular data analysis to support business operations.

Requirements and Essential Skills:
  • Grade 12 / Matric (or equivalent); a Diploma in Business Administration or similar is advantageous.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet-based tools.
  • Tertiary qualification is considered an asset.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
  • Positive, energetic, solutions-oriented, and a team player.
  • Willing to work overtime and travel occasionally; own transport is essential.
