Do you hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience?

In the role you will be responsible for:

• Manage the recruitment for the Organization – efficient and quality sourcing, screening and selection of Talent
• Source and screen potential candidates for selected positions
• Manage and liaise with our recruitment partners
• Conduct interviews
• Drive a strong performance culture through effective HR practices
• Drive and uphold a strong Employer Brand
• Provide HR support to HRD initiatives including onboarding of new starts
• Drive consistent discipline implementation throughout the organization
• Responsible for HR compliance

Who Should Apply:
