Job description

Purpose Of The Position

The Workshop Manager has the primary responsibility to ensure customers receive consistent, timely, and accurate service.

Key Outputs

1. Ensure efficient and focused customer service in a passenger car workshop.
2. Manage the team (Workshop, Service Advisors, and Service Admin staff) effectively and efficiently.
3. Oversee operations including debt collection, invoicing, quoting, warranty claims, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure adherence to company processes and systems.
5. Maximize the efficiency, revenue, and productivity of the service department while achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Take accountability for staff recruitment, training, and development.
