Our client is a well-established Law Firm practicing in the Sandton Area of Johannesburg, South Africa, seeking a Conveyancing paralegal to join their Team

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Completed LLB
• Minimum of 5 years PQE in this field
• Experience in transfers, cancellations and registrations.
• Experience with Investec bond registrations and cancellations would be advantageous.
• Own vehicle and license are required

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting with the drafting and preparing of transfer, bond, and bond cancellation documents.
• Assisting with the preparation of estate transfers.
• Assisting with the drafting of Commercial Transactions.
• Client communication
• Communications with financial institutes

Remuneration :

Market related salary based on experience.
