Job description

Compensation : $1200 $2000 USD / month (commensurate with experience)

Industry : Dental & Healthcare Services

Schedule : Fulltime Monday to Friday U.S. Business Hours (EST / CST / PST depending on location)

About the Role

We re seeking a proactive and detailoriented Executive Assistant to support a highperforming entrepreneur in the dental and healthcare sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about organization inbox clarity and helping streamline operations. The assistant will play a critical role in handling emails light research calendar management and ensuring accountability on followthrough items.

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates based in South Africa or Latin America who are fluent in English and comfortable working U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and curate the executives inbox to reduce clutter and ensure priority handling
  • Conduct light research and complete adhoc requests (e.g. finding services or vendors)
  • Maintain calendar confirm meetings and help enforce scheduling commitments
  • Draft proofread and organize outgoing email correspondence
  • Coordinate business and personal travel logistics
  • Support with project tasks expense tracking and basic reporting
  • Potential to assist with insurance verification and billingrelated admin
  • Help improve operational processes through initiative and feedback
