Job description

Responsibilities :

• Full responsibility for services within the Branch, including Asset Management and Customer visits, liaison, and problem solving.
• Vehicle maintenance, servicing, and checklist management.
• Supervision of loading and unloading stock from cages.
• Management oversight and involvement in health & safety procedures in conjunction with the health & safety representative.
• Adherence to and achievement of key performance indicators related to handheld device usage, timely service delivery, and service sequencing.
• Manage installations, maintenance tickets, and withdrawals.
• Order and control of stock and warehouse.
• Stock management and control of contract consumables.
• Staff management and training, including distribution staff management.
• Attend meetings at customer sites as required.
• Manage and coordinate client safety files and safety documentation at client sites to ensure they are current.
• Manage employee medicals and inductions to maintain certifications and compliance, ensuring uninterrupted work at these sites.
