External Customers : Existing and potential customers

Drive sales and optimise margin

Required Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent in Sales & Marketing

Credit Management 2 (advantageous)

Concrete Level 3 and above (advantageous)

Experience

At least 3 years related experience

Exposure to industry dynamics and sales region

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

CRM software experience (advantageous)

Strong business / financial acumen and negotiation skills

Special Requirements

Valid driver's license (Code B)

Develop overall business in the consumer market, managing profitability and negotiations

Provide technical advice on product applications

Plan and forecast, prospect, run promotions and campaigns with marketing

Convert potentials, grow and retain clients

Maintain accounts and CRM systems

Manage internal stakeholder relationships

Achieve LEAD targets (revenue, volume, margins, customer satisfaction)

Achieve LAG targets (new leads, market share, pricing, debtors days, compliance)

Enhance brand reputation through proper handling of merchandise

Monitor assets and manage customer database

Prepare sales reports and reviews
