Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in designing and creating JDJ Diagnostics' marketing strategy to enhance the organization's services, image, and brand recognition.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with current and potential clients, including physicians, hospital management, hospital marketers, and key suppliers, to ensure brand loyalty.
- Actively promote and sell JDJ Diagnostics services to increase market share among current and potential clients.
- Represent JDJ Diagnostics at marketing events such as medical aid days and hospital open days to enhance the organization's reputation and services.
- Serve as the initial contact point for clients regarding inquiries and grievances related to laboratory services, ensuring prompt resolution and feedback.
- Provide feedback to all departments within the region to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Complete and submit weekly CRM reports to managers to provide customer information.
- Adhere to targets based on the region.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Biomedical qualification, or other relevant qualifications.
- Prior sales experience in the medical industry with a proven track record.
- Driver's license and own vehicle, with the ability to travel to different sites and doctors in respective areas.
Experience
0-3 years of relevant working experience.
