Job description

Looking for a young and energetic technical engineer with R&D experience for a processing plant based in Nelspruit.

Duties :

1. At least 1 year of experience in R&D.
2. Responsibilities include involvement in various aspects of the engineering function, such as assisting with the preparation of annual budgets, addressing technology failures/breakdowns, planned maintenance, and project installations.
3. Assist mechanical and electrical engineers with special projects, equipment modifications, and other tasks. Support the development and testing of machinery and equipment under the guidance of engineering and scientific staff. Draft detailed drawings or sketches for the drafting room or to request parts fabrication.
4. Plan, control, and coordinate group activities to ensure optimal resource utilization. Evaluate process feasibility and conduct economic studies. Support other disciplines in process design.
