The Role : We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Manager to inspire, lead, and drive the sales team to exceed targets within a fast-paced environment.
This pivotal role involves crafting and executing effective strategies, closely monitoring team performance, and cultivating a high-energy, results-oriented culture that consistently achieves exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership and Team Management : Lead, inspire, and manage a team of outbound sales agents to achieve and surpass individual and team targets. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness. Foster a positive, motivating, and results-oriented team culture. Ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences. Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and effectively. Design and deliver training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service standards.
- Campaign Collaboration and Execution : Partner closely with the marketing and product teams to design and execute outbound and retail campaigns for new products, upgrades, product alternatives, and driving retention. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. Drive outbound and inbound sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Performance Monitoring & Quality Assurance : Set clear, measurable targets and track progress regularly. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews with the team and individual agents. Address underperformance through coaching, training, or corrective action plans. Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance, ensuring that all interactions uphold Rentozas service standards.
- Insights Driven Strategy : Leverage sales data and insights to refine strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with the team to improve sales techniques.
- Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
- Proven Leadership : Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams in a call centre environment. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to exceed expectations.
- Sales Expertise : Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and KPIs. Proven ability to exceed sales targets consistently.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking : Proficiency in analysing data to identify trends and make informed decisions. Strategic mindset with the ability to implement actionable plans to drive performance.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to address challenges effectively and implement timely solutions.
- Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software. Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales call centre environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams and exceeding sales goals.
