Job description

Our client is seeking a Campus Head to join their vibrant team.

About the role :

The overall purpose of the Campus Head is to lead the key stakeholders and operations at a campus level, managing the quality of academic delivery, human resources, the total sales process, finance, facilities, and student satisfaction, as well as marketing and promoting the business.

• The role will focus on sales (new business B2B & Government business)
• Management of a sales team
• Attending career expos
• Lecturer management
• Operations management
• Facilities management
• Ensuring OHS compliance

The ideal candidate has / Requirements :

• 3-year qualification in Business or Management / Sales & Marketing
• Proven previous sales management skills
• Previous management experience
• Considered a 'driver'
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in branch management activities of a small to middle-sized company

Candidates with proven experience in the following fields are encouraged to apply :

Salary :

• R480,000
• Plus commission
