As a Junior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our Post-Investment Management (PIM) team, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and data integrity across our portfolio companies. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in impact investing while working alongside industry experts.

What You’ll Do
  1. Investee Monitoring & Compliance (50%)
  • Support the Investee Compliance Officer (ICO) function by managing monthly board reporting.
  • Track and analyze PIM data trends across funds, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with compliance checks and follow-ups on ICO-related queries.
  1. Operations & Administration (50%)
  • Maintain and organize critical documents on SharePoint.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and assist in preparing PIM reports.
  • Support impact measurement by managing job and impact-related data.
  • Help streamline reporting processes and improve data consistency.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in a similar role, internship, or financial/legal environment (investment industry exposure is a plus!).
