Your Responsibilites

  • Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients, retailers, and partners, delivering tailored support and expert product advice to elevate the vetsak customer experience
  • Proactively grow and manage our B2B sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities with retailers, architects, interior designers, and other strategic partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade clients and partners, focusing on long-term collaboration and sustainable business growth
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with our factory, ensuring transparency on lead times, stock availability, and timely shipments
  • Manage incoming inquiries from B2B customers and retail partners, providing fast, solution-oriented support and maintaining high service standards
  • Conduct in-store product demonstrations and offer training to retail staff on product knowledge, visual merchandising, and fabric displays
  • Ensure retail outlets are equipped with up-to-date marketing materials, including fabric books and product displays
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data within our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data-driven decision-making and efficient follow-up
  • Prepare and process quotes and invoices using Sage/Shopify and follow up proactively on open invoices and outstanding payments
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across logistics, production, and marketing to ensure a seamless B2B customer journey

About You

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, relationship management, and account development.
  • Experience in the retail, furniture, or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales/accounting software (Sage and /Shopify).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel and work across the South African and Sub-Saharan African regions.
