Job Title: Mid-Level Manager – Micro-Lending Business

Location: Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal

Reports to: Operations Manager

Position Overview

As the Mid-Level Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our business. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for managing multiple tasks, delegating effectively, and ensuring the timely and efficient opening of new kiosks. Additionally, you will focus on driving sales, reporting on business performance, and handling administrative duties with precision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and manage the opening of new kiosks, ensuring they are set up efficiently and effectively.
  2. Report on business performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  3. Manage daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  4. Drive sales and performance targets, ensuring that each kiosk meets and exceeds expectations.
  5. Handle administrative duties, including reporting, tracking sales, and managing schedules.
  6. Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring team collaboration to meet goals.
  7. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  8. Provide leadership and support to kiosk teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
