About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Onboarding Executive to join our team temporarily at Moove.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new drivers, maintaining compliance with necessary documentation, and driving sales through proactive customer engagement.

What You'll be Doing

  1. Uploading of documents for Operating licenses, Double Discs and Insurance Certificates on the Uber portal.
  2. Cold-calling customer leads.
  3. Documents compliance / Audits.
  4. Help with the onboarding of new drivers where necessary.
  5. Liaising closely with Uber to ensure that our applications are prioritised and that documents get approved.
  6. Project managing the entire process and reporting of progress.

What You will need for this position

  1. 2 - 5 years Customer support experience.
  2. Valid Driver's licence.
  3. Attention to detail.
  4. Computer literate in Microsoft and Google Suite.
  5. Good Communication skills.
  6. Excellent EXCEL skills.
  7. 1 - 2 years experience in data entry.
  8. Good interpersonal skills.

Key Metrics

  1. % submission to the UBER CRM.
  2. Accessible document repository with outcomes of the applications.

Who You'll Be Working with:
Directly reporting to our Sales and Onboarding Supervisor, and closely working with our Operations Team.
