Job description

Insurance Administrator required in Bloemfontein.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily tasks including checking and capturing of policies (funeral, savings, retirement, etc.)
  • Scanning and uploading of documents
  • Attending to client queries regarding their policies, assisting advisors with their queries, ad hoc admin duties such as copies, printing and capturing of applications and more
  • Handle inbound calls assisting Receptionist when busy
  • Checking of payments for clients, making alterations to policies on systems and doing amendments.
  • General administration

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • RE5 a distinct advantage
  • English & Sotho required
  • 2 Years experience within Insurance or in an administration role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Accuracy
  • Must be able to start immediately
