Purpose of the job
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in creating dashboards and KPI reports used within Global Operations. You will support operational efficiency and excellence across consumer, client, partner, and finance departments. Leveraging your data analysis skills and strategic thinking, you will drive improvement initiatives, ensure data integrity, and inform strategic decision-making within the team.
Key Responsibilities
Master Data Management
- Lead and oversee the establishment and maintenance of accurate and consistent master data across all operational departments.
- Define and implement data governance policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Data Development
- Create, maintain, and support ETL processes from operational systems such as FreshDesk, AWS Connect, etc., into a central SQL Server repository for operational reporting.
Data Visualization
- Develop and utilize data visualizations to communicate complex operational data and insights to stakeholders.
- Translate data into actionable insights to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Dashboard and Report Creation & Strategic Thinking
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and track progress towards goals.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvement initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
- Track and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and root causes from data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in Python development and SSIS.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Experience with master data management principles is a plus.
- Understanding of the travel perks industry is beneficial.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
